Last Week Activities

Dearest Seniors!

Welcome to your last week of high school. We will spend our time together tying up some loose ends, returning, books, celebrating at the taco shop, signing yearbooks, and getting to say our goodbyes.  Take the time to be present.  Say what you need to say.  Do what you need to do.  Find your peace.

Friday - Closing Activities, Cipher, Authors Chair (In the Round)

It has been my privilege sharing my passion of writing and critical assessment with you.  When you are given opportunities to participate and be heard - please do. And do so with authenticity and honesty and respect for all.

Language Negotiation Poem Activity

Hello Seniors!

Let's end the week with a fun activity.  You will work with a partner to negotiate language and word choice to translate a specific text.  You will then get to write your own version of the poem.  Enjoy this and see what words can do when you are given choice.

Here it is everyone - the last big assignment of the year.  Be sure to complete your rubrics.
