Language Negotiation Poem Activity

Hello Seniors!

Let's end the week with a fun activity.  You will work with a partner to negotiate language and word choice to translate a specific text.  You will then get to write your own version of the poem.  Enjoy this and see what words can do when you are given choice.

Here it is everyone - the last big assignment of the year.  Be sure to complete your rubrics.
Today you get to teach us about topics that are important to you.  Share your information, share your writing, show a clip, own your work, be proud!

Do you have an introduction?  Are your texts relevant and worthwhile?  Do you have the proper analysis that meets the requirements? (See handout activities) - does your portfolio conclude well - does it have a call to action?

How will you present your information.  Take all of this into account and use your class time well.

Research Scholarly Articles w/Analysis
