Into The Wild - Chapter 1 and 2 Reading Response Groups

Hello Adventurous Seniors!

We are in it! We are Into the Wild.

Today's Agenda:

* Reading Response Groups (RRG) - Discuss and Record your answers in your Into the Wild NB.
* Read- Chapter 3 and 4 for Homework

1 - What would motivate someone to want to take such a risky adventure? What do you think prompted Chris to do so?

2 - How difficult would it be to invent a new life?
Just like Chris changed his name to Alex Supertramp - what would your new name be and why?

3 - How important are parent/child relationships and what happens if this is not fostered?

1) What is your assessment of Chris McCandless so far?  Be able to site specific texts/pages where you are finding this information.
